Just to let everyone know that I'm starting money collection soon. Date, time and location of first collection shall be revealed later.

It has been really quite a while since this topic has been discussed and I’ve been really busy with work these past few weeks due to OT; so in the next 2 or 3 weeks I shall start collecting the money for our chalet since it’s just a month away and the chalet has been booked, thus I hoped everyone has already managed to save up enough till now.

I shall most likely be at the following locations and timings for you to meet me and pass the $25.00 personally:

Arcadia, Iluma
Sat, 5 June 2010, 1630 – 1720 hrs

Zone-X@ Dhoby Ghaut
Tue, 8 June 2010, 1430 – 1515 hrs

Arcadia, Iluma
Sun, 13 June 2010, 1700 – 2000 hrs

Scape Building
Sat, 19 June 2010, 1200 – 2100 hrs

Liang Court
Thur, 23 June 2010, 1530 – 1700 hrs

Arcadia, Iluma
Thur, 23 June 2010, 1800 – 2000 hrs

Apparently, if you happen to meet me anywhere outside other than these stated timings, you can pass them to me too~

PS. Timings and locations are subject to changes. Do keep checking back here once in a while for any updates and changes.

EDITED my timing on the 5th June from 5pm - 8pm to 4.30pm- 5.20pm due to event at JB City Square, which I'm yet to decide if I wanna go or not on that day.

And here is the final list of people confirmed going for the event. The deadline has passed, so I shall not take in anymore people. Do take note that the maximum no of people allowed in this chalet is 20; more people would be at my sole discretion.

Haha well that's why I set a deadline to 1st June so that everyone on the tentative listing or those whom are yet to decide has more than enough time to ensure that they can make themselves free on the chalet days. I don't really encourage last min cases as things could get really troublesome and complicated tho XD

Btw, did I miss out any names in the confirmed listings? Is your friend whom I saw with you last time coming too?

I don't really like last min cos' it's hard to calculate too, but still, life's full of things we can't expect. There's always last min.

And btw, my friend said she can't confirmed yet cos' she's having assignments or something.

Hmm that makes it 19 confirmed people for now then. Since we having a gathering this Saturday, I shall come down and collect from as many people as possible. Price still remains $25/- for now.

As for now, I'm looking into food-wise for our BBQ. I hope that somebody managed to look into that already, for I need to know what is the cost of the food and supplies needed for the BBQ. When all is settled, I'll need some of us who have no school or work on 2nd July to meet up with me earlier so that we can go and shop for the stuffs we need. If possible, those who stay nearer to Downtown East could probably buy the items in advance and store them at your residence first? If not, then it's okay.

Whatever balance that is leftover shall be returned, so not to worry.

Yeaps, I heard it from Kyon, but I'm just yet to hear from him about his findings. But who knows if others got help with research too? lol
