Where got sell taiko sticks?
Hi anybody know where got sell good taiko sticks? Coz arcade ones are either too heavy or worn out liao. Sometimes the previous person who played got sweaty palms den the sticks will be wet and sticky and smelly!!
I've tried using normal drum sticks but it keeps rebouncing, very hard to control.
Oso tried 2 cheap hollow wooden sticks, slightly thicker, from Daiso. Its light and easy to hit, but too light -.- the drum sometimes cant sense, esp the rim.
I saw some with reali good taiko sticks, not too thick and big. Just nice.....
Anyone knows where to get them?

Refer to https://taiko-dojo.forumotion.net/shopping-mall-exchange-tradings-f11/bachis-silent-t182.htm
And for pictures, refer to https://taiko-dojo.forumotion.net/round-table-gossip-f12/show-your-bachi-sticks-t245.htm
Just look through the pictures and tell us what you roughly want it to be, and we'll be able to guide you to the shop that sells it. (We got most of our stuffs at Bugis area)

satan and friends property. so doesn't really matter.
sawdust is because I hit too hard loh.
speaking of which. the ghost squad game at jp beside the taiko machine got screen crack le(not by me though I hit there almost every game). the best part was they took masking tape and paste over.

To say the truth, rolling pins aren't very good for the drum skin.
It'll damage the skin and those you saw like skin peeling off from the taiko skin is being made by edges which are those of your rolling pins types.
Especially the drums in jp, which peel like crazy are partially works of *cough*sandshrewbachi*cough*. AMK hub started to "peel" off cos' of the edges too.
Rolling pins types are best to be sand with sandpaper or machine-sand to make it like a rounder tip at each end of the rolling pins. Still, real authentic bachis are the best choice, keke~

For the sake of our dear Taiko skins...
I can provide the files and sandpaper. LOL.
But you'll have to do it yourself. It's tiring I know. I remember I went to get bachi with Hayate and I was sanding his bachi like no tomorrow.

Re: Where got sell taiko sticks?
It's better to use brromsticks, but try to get those stronger quality types. My first handmade bachi out of broomstick broke into two after playing Kitasaitama2000 double drumming, coz I was using a poor quality type. I'm using a stronger one now, wonder how long it'll last.
